Home is where the heart is!

This accompanied the wreath for my friends who just purchased their first house together. I found it on Pinterest (don't you love it?!) but here is the original post (its in German). I made a few minor changes just because of some items that I didn't have on hand or chose to change up, but it came out beautifully!
